Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped and we take extra care in packaging fragile items.  If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.  All claims MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of order.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund along with proof of purchase.

Shipping Information - Free Shipping for Orders $150 and over

Your purchase will be sent by Registered Post.   You will receive a tracking number once we receive payment notification.  You are required to sign a confirmation card upon delivery.  Please note that it is your responsibility to contact Australia Post should you have any enquiries on your package.  Undelivered parcels are normally only held 7 days with Australia Post. If your parcel is not collected or re-delivered by this time, it will usually be returned to us as unclaimed.  In this event, we will contact you to investigate the reason and further freight charges may be payable to re-dispatch. Delivery charges for the original dispatch are not refundable.  Online Miniautres is not liable for undelivered packages.

Shipping charges are listed below.  Please make note of the shipping charges at checkout before completing purchase.  Please allow 3-7 days delivery within Australia. If you paid by eCheque we do not send goods until the eCheque has been deposited into our account, therefore you need to add an extra 3-5 days processing time.  
Our current shipping rate is set out below. 
Postage on purchases less then $10 is $5.00 to cover cost of posting large, but cheap items.  If the postage (+costs) works out to less then $5.00 a refund will be issued through PayPal.
